Windows 2000 Ram limitations

Building a new server. The superMicro mobo can support 16Gig if ram. (8) 2gig chips. It will have 4 gig of RAM, and I might increase it in the future. I need to know what Windows 2000 server's memory limitations are, if any?

2000 DataCenter = 32 Processors, 32GB memory
