SOLVED Windows 8 problems.

Hi there!
I've been having some problems on Windows 8 and I'm hoping someone here knows their solution.
The libraries stopped working 4 days after I installed the OS;

Same goes for Music/Videos/Pictures.
2nd problem I have with it is the firewall and AV protection - it stops and restarts itself from time to time, services crash when I try scanning the PC.
Its virus-free and I'm 100% positive about that.
