Windows XP, blocking interent access but keeping network?

Hello guys,

I have a machine running Windows XP, i wish to keep it running XP, but due to the users of the machine, but due to the lack of protection on XP , i wish to stop the unit from going online, but i wish for it to be able access the local network, for printing purposes.

Is this possible?
