4ghz on a phenom is difficult with air but its doable
but the corsair h50 will do it with a push pull fan set up
so go corsair h50 if thats all you can fit in the case and get two new fans.
also still go with the corsair psu,
heres a idea though. why not go stock cooling for now and spend more coin on the psu? then upgrade the cooling later?

Ok, unless its Antec's Signature line, its not a great PSU. Its not bad, and will likely work dont misunderstand, but people have repeatedly pointed towards that corsair....stick with it and worry about other parts.

+1 for upgrading the cooling a bit later to get a better quality PSU. You should know since you said you had one blow up. Are you a glutton for punishment?
