if you dont mind me asking..did u buy that clamp for the xtra fan on the heat sink? im lookin for one for mysetup..i have a fan i wana clamp or tie on my tuniq tower.
i cant figure out how to fix it ..lol

It came with my heatsink, when you buy good heatsinks they come with em

Haven't been here in a long time.
My rig used to have a color scheme with UV-green coolant and orange anti-kink coils and UV lighting, but I felt this current color scheme complimented the "Biohazard" theme.

I must say, the Antec 300 case is nice and simple but a pain in the *** for wire management.

Just finished dusting and making a few minor repairs to the cooling equipment. The plexi is a little scuffed though unfortunately... The cables look like they're bundled and in the way but they are actually behind the opening for the air flow from the intake fans. The only exception is the MB/videocard cables which aren't too bad.

Now THAT is style. Symmetric lightning bolt wires, great monitor combination, that setup is ridiculously nice.

Nothing special, but theres not to much you can do still in high school....Atleast not working at Dairy Queen. Also, these were taken on my palm centro, so they're blurry as teets.

As you can kinda sorta tell in the last picture, who needs wire management?

im in the process of building a new desk around my room
this is what it will look like when i am done:
i love google sketchup...everything is scaled exactly as the room is laid out and the only thing i am missing in real life....the desk and the matching chairs (they are all mismatched at this time)

My setup is very similar, but setup with my tv on the left end, for Xbox 360 gaming, then a few laptops, one desktop in the corner, and another on the right.

chassis: Thermaltake Armor vh6000bws
mobo: MSI x58 Platinum SLI mobo
cpu: Intel 920 i7 2.66ghz oc'd to 4.0ghz
ram: 3gb ddr3 pc12800 tri channel 9-9-9-24
gfx: XFX Geforce 9800gtx+ 512mb
cooler: Coolermaster v10
dvd rom: 22x Liteon dual layer burner
storage: 1tb seagate sata drive
200gb seagate ide drive
200gb WD ide drive
psu: Kingwin 730watt modular

Cable management behind the mobo tray isn't the cleanest but it works and gets it out of the visible bay.

I'm going to be swapping out the 2 200 ide's for larger sata's, and adding another rom drive(probably a blu ray, and then swapping to water cooling instead of the v10.

Temps are right at 97-99 at idle(with the case inside of the desk door)
with the pc under light load it's at 102-109
with the pc under heavy load it's running 115-132
all temps are in Fahrenheit.







future:

water cooling(not sure what yet(760i or a the bigwater 850, koolance exos)
tear down and paint the mobo tray and insides with flat black to look a lil better.
