I'm not going further than 1.39Ghz it's not worth. My vcore now is 1,40 (1.45 at max cpu usage due to LLC) and seems stable so if I could not reach 1.42Ghz even with 1.2V, for 300Mhz it really doesn't worth it.
Now I was trying to oc rams and GPUs, but probably for the latter is better if I ask in the apposite section, isn't it?
