Heres my system specs: Asus p4c800-e deluxe, 2.4c m0, mushckin 1gb pc3500 lvl2 black all stock cooling for now.(memory results) I was able to run all benchmarks except prime95 @ 300fsb 1.7volts which was around 3600 mhz. After playing around for a while i finally got prime95 to run stable with this.. highest temps got were 48c. Idle cpu temp is 27c.
