Ok, at first I did my VDD mod, I was able to get my system to boot 220mhz FSB. I was able to run 3dmarks and other benchmarks. However, if I start a torture test, the system will auto shutdown in 10 mins and I found my MOSFET was burning hot.

Then I ordered some RAM sink and a 40mm FAN. Now I am cooling my MOSFET with them and I am able to get my system to boot @ 224mhz FSB and stable. Pass the 4 hours Prime95 torture test!

My settings are

CPU: 11.5 x 224mhz = 2576 mhz @ vcore 1.975v (AMD 2400+)
VDD: 1.80v with 700m µ POTS
VDMM: 2.90v
Memory Timing: 2.0-5-2-2 (Corsair XMS PC3500C2)

Coolings:
CPU: "White Water" Water Block
Northbridge: Z-Chip Water Block
MOSFET: 3x RAMSINK and 40mm FAN

CPU Temp idle: 31c
CPU Temp load: 35c
Ambient Temp: 25c

I got my Zblock yesterday too:D
Just curious, did you only put the ramsinks on the mofsets near the socket, or did you put some on the mofsets near the VDD regulator too?
