I just put together my new system with the abit IP35 Pro but the audio isn't working. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the Realtek drivers multiple times from the cd and from their website. Uninstalling the Realtek package via add/remove programs often brings up an error, but it completes and removes the folder from the program files. Reinstalling seems to complete fine, but I still have no audio devices.

In computer management, there is one unidentified PCI device that windows won't find drivers for.

I am running windows XP service pack 3 v.3311.

You could get driver directly from realtek.

You mention that you installed realtek driver and got no audio. Did you check utiltiy if it senses speaker jack. In you sound and devices, check what is default audio output.

Did you have that problem prior to sp3?
