Advise Cooling TB1,2

Howdy! There are a lot of coolers. Globalwin, Alpha etc. I want a good cooler. Can anyone give me advise.
TB1,2 - 512Mb - MSI K7T Turbo 3.0 - Maxtor VL30 - MSI 815 Gerforce 2MX - 1,70 Volt - default settings 55degrees.

Go with an Alpha. They're expensive....but the performance is incredible.
