I don't think the PCI/AGP lock does anything except automatically choose dividers according to bus speed - for example, at 150 bus the divider the bios chooses will be a 2.0 divider, resulting in 75/38 agp/pci. Won't switch up to 2.5 divider until it gets to 166 bus.
