AMD 9650, how hot can it bee?

Hi dudes! I've runned my amd phenom 9650 processor on 2.8GHz for a while now, 100% stable and fast^^:beer:

I've not planned to puch it any harder.
The temperature is 48-54 degrees C when in load, depends on room temp :p

Is that to hot? in idle it's about 20-28C
