Amd unlocking feature how can i do it ?

Hi everyone I have a 3-4 year old PC and it has the folowing configuration:
ASRock A770DE (not the ASRock A770DE+)
AMD Athlon(tm) 7750 Dual-Core Processor
ATI Radeon HD 4670
2gb ddr2
Now i am willing to buy the amd phenom II x4 960t ,but till' then I want to know if i can do the unlocking thingy for more cores and if it is possible, then tell me how.
I updated my bios to the latest version and I was looking after the acc feature in bios and I couldn't find it .After that i downloaded amd overdrive and i couldn't find it there either .
Now i wanna try this feature on this cpu to gain experience on this feature and maybe in future unlocking the phenom in 6x.
I must say i am a noob so be easy on me.

If ACC is not in bios then the board will not unlock any disabled cpu cores.

LIST of ASRock motherboards that support ASRock UCC core unlocker.
The A770DE mobo is nOt on that list.
