Asus A7M266-D What ram is best for stability and o/c over 140 fsb?

I'll add my config too - 1 256 stick of Corsair 2400, good for 144 fsb so far.

I just ordered one of this boards maybe I was crazy but anyway anyone know if the new swiftech or even the old swiftech Waterblock fit on this motherboard? If not what WBs will fit on this board.

I have seen the mwc 372 on them. and I'm sure the maze 1c will fit and thats the only ones I know that will fit
