Asus Or Iwill?

Hey guys, i'm planning to purchase a new mobo, and have 2 in mind....the Asus A7V-266-E and the Iwill XP-333-R.....their price is about the same, but how is the performance? do you guys perfer the ASUS or IWILL?

I know this wasn't one you have listed...but i would consider the shuttle ak31 rev 3.. with the new chipset it is great with the memory and has an array of overclocking features, and right now its going for $77
