Best bios settings asus M4A78T-E

Can anyone give me any tips for best performance? I have a basic understanding of some of the settings but many I just dont know what they are for.

Sorry that was pretty vague.I am mainly referring to items in the AI tweaker menu. I know how to change the multiplier and fsb, but dont know where to start with menu's like ht link speed,cpu/nb frequency, pretty much all the memory config settings etc so they are all at default settings.
Does anyone have any suggestions on where to begin? I would like to get the most out of my system.
