I've never seen the price so low. Outlet item, so you'll have to order it online if they don't have it at any of the stores near you. They're out in my area.

1366 x 768 is fine and all, but I'd really expect full 1080P if I was going that screen size for a PC. It also doesn't list the response time of the panel. Is it safe to assume "fast enough for gaming" on all newer panels?

Soyo 24" 299 After rebate (its 3ms and 1920x1200, but it is a TN panel so viewing angle wont be so hot, and it doesn't have a tuner/tv type inputs)

Well, it's geared more towards TV use (note the 16:9 ratio).I'm sure more detailed specs can be found on the Samsung website.
