Build for uncle. As cheap as possible

Hey folks.

I have no skills with low end builds so I come to you for help. My uncle wants a system for web appliance and watching downloaded bluray rips.

$350 or less, case included. Not including OS.

What can you guys do with $350?

Dell, HP, etc... nothing one can do here with that budget and be much better...It is only an web and BR watching machine... no need for anything more robust.

Well, I tossed a cheap APU build together that fits within that $350 budget -

PSU - 300w Seasonic

Ram - 4GB Mushkin (could probably bump to 8gb)

HDD - 250GB WD

Case - CM Elite 130

CPU/Mobo - Asrock with A4-5000

It comes out to $283.95 pre-shipped. Going with 8gb ram will still probably be within that $350 budget, and the A4 should in theory still handle blu ray downloads (the e-450 in my HTPC does and it has less power). But the real question would be is it worth it over going over a prebuilt like ED said, where you have the one-stop-fix-all warranty and extra support.
