Can I use my home theater speakers for my computer?

I just bought a Pioneer SC-LX701 receiver and 5.1.4 speakers. Can I also use these speakers as my main computer speakers? The computer sits about 3 feet from the receiver. Whats the best and whats the easiest way to do this?
