Can someone identify my 9700 PRO, is this really Built by ATI

Hi!

I bought this card because it was advertised Built by ATI OEM,
but when I got it and read the Part Number printed on a card and try to look up on ati site and no record were found http://apps.ati.com/102lookup/index.asp

so I'm thinking this is powered by ATI instead of built by ATI what they advertised here's the
number printed on card PN 109-A05600-00

and here's screenshot what ATI utility shows

can someone help me with this

It looks like you got a card made by “Vendor 1002” and not ATI. The so called “built by ATI” may have been misleading you to think it was the card and not the GPU
PS I couldn’t find it on the web (just did a quick search for it) a pic of the card and box would help

my sapphire 9700np says vendor ID 1002. that might not mean anything but i figured it might be worth posting.

Who actually manufactured it is not as important as what the core and memory clock speeds are and what speed memories are populated on the card. Check and post them.
