Which is better for O/C'ing?

Asus A7M-266 DDR

Generally you want the lowest clocked memory you can get. If it won't do it at CAS2 then it should surely be able to at CAS2.5.

Good quality DDR CAS2 memory is usually at least good to 150MHz at CAS2. I see many hitting well into the 160s.
