cheap basic full tower cases online?

Where can i get the cheapest full tower case (looks dont matter)? Just wondering because the case i have is garbage only paid 30$ for it (PSU included)... and thats canadian (well our 1$ is almost the same now haha)

Why not check the clearnce sections of canadian e-tailers?
(not too familiar with all of them personaly)

SVC in the US has a full tower case for like $23USD or at least did.
