Comic book style games

I really enjoy playing games like Oni and Thirteen where it's like a comic book in the game play..... what other games are there that are that kind of style?

The Max Payne games had 'comic book like' cut scenes, but wasn't directly related to a comic. I never played the original Max Payne, but I did play Max Payne 2 and it was one of the best games I have ever played.

I remember a game called Comix Zone (I think) that was for Sega Genesis. I thought it was a pretty good game at the time...

well viewtiful joe is like that but its not for PC. And city of heroes isnt really comic graphics but its about superheroes which is pretty comicky.
