I just wondered how bad it is to mix the two. I would be using distilled water of course. What would you suggest for addatives.

I have a Swiftech MCW462 waterblock. It has an alluminum top with a copper base.I run 85% distiled water 10% antifreeze and 5% water wetter. There is no problem at all with corrosion and it's been running about 5 months now.

use antifreeze and some water wetter and you should be allright. And be sure to always use distilled water instead of regular water.
