thinking of buying some new CorsAir pc150 memory is it any good and does it have any problems on an abit kt7a-raid board, also what cas is it?and am i right in saying that cas 2 is better than cas 3?

corsairs pc150 is cas2...I have a stick of it and have been running it at 150 for months now and havent had a single problem.
