Well at a load of zero the Delta T of just about all pelts is around 70C. At their full rated heat load Qmax (172W in the case of a 172W pelt) the Delta T is zero.
The secret of getting good results from a pelt is to ensure the heat load is half or less of the Qmax that way you get a reasonable Delta T, maybe 40C or so.
