what that look like? I went to many shops asking for this (2 pin) cable and was negative on answer. Is this cable make any difference on quality of sound when watching the DVD on TV through TV-OUT of Video card? At moment I get the worst sound watching DVD but very good when listening the MP3. BTW output speaker is through normal amplifier of CD player.

Unless you are using digital speakers, then you aren't going to notice any better quality of sound.

I don't think I've ever used this out/cable. I connect it, but doubt it's actually being used (hell, I can't say what it even does, so I guess it can't be that important).
