Digital Sender LCD Problem

Dear Friends,
We have HP9250C Digital Sender but recently we are facing a big problem, When this one ready mode that time we can not use full area of LCD panel. Using only about marking area.
See the attached Photo please........

When I touch the LCD screen, work only selected area (Red color Marking).
When I Touch Administration Menu, it works easily, But when i try to touch
supplies status, it is not working. Also, When I touch network address, it looks like good & working.
How can I solve this problem?
What is the main reason for this problem?
Is any problem for Hardware, Software (Firmware)?
Or how can I replace the LCD touch screen from Bangladesh?

Please advice us ASAP.

There is nothing as like- "Calibrate Touch Screen" setting.
If Possible,Please get me some advice ASAP.
