Does the SP-97 fit in my motherboard?

Yes I know this is a very n00b-ish question but...

Does anyone have a SP-97 installed on an Asus A7N8X-D rev2.00?

I'm not sure if one will fit because just south of the CPU there are some metal things (might be called PLL).

Has anyone got this setup or know if it will work?

The SP-97 is one large chunk of copper... it bairly misses my PSU. Good thing about it is I have a 92mm blowing lots of air down in it, then my PSU sucking from the side, so that hot air is going to leave in a hurry!

So I should get one with a 92mm Tornado then?

With a fan controller...obviously
