Try 4.5GHz with a little less 1.33v Vcore in CPU-Z. Your doing fine.:)

okay i will try it now, thanks :)

just tried it and got a blue screen when i ran prime95. Also noticed when i looked in hw monitor the max was 1.312? even though i put it at 1.33 is that normal? I've put it back to 1.35 and now it says its 1.336 but seems to be blending okay this time.

That is normal for the setting in Bios to vary from what you see with windows utility software, I would go by what the software says Intel designed V droop into the core voltage so it won't over shoot. looks like your doing well at 1.336v with hardware monitor I would stay there.:)
