I know this isn't a good reason to buy a PSU but I was looking to enhance the look of my case with a good PSU with blue LED's. But I'd also like to get a good PSU, better than what I have now.

Currently I have a generic(ISO?) 450w PSU at +3.3V(22A) and +5V(36A)

I'm looking at these two PSU's:

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=17-103-914&depa=0

and I don't want to spend more than around $80 or a few dollars more.

Is it worth the money to upgrade? Are there any other good PSU's I should be looking at?

Is it the ISO-450 or ISO-500?

These are made by Channel Well, and aren't generic (though they are the bottom of the line). The ISO-500 (really 420w) should be able to power your system ok as long as you're not overclocking hard. Anything lower than the ISO-500 however, I would replace with a Fortron 350w or better. Even the ISO-500 will have trouble against the Fortrons.

You might want to consider the Fortron FSP400-60PNU-R. It's a 400W model w/ 120 mm fan and blue LED, and it's priced at $68.

Fortron's are great power supplies, so this is probably a better choice than the Thermaltake. The Antec option is also a good one.
