gta.vc lagging

ok i have a abit siluro geforce 4 ti4600 128mb 1 gig of pc2100 an abit kd7 raid 80 gig 7200 rpm 1700+ tbred all things running @ stock and gta 3 and vice city keep lagging and cant figure out why

i have ti4200 and 256mb of ram and have never had a problem with lagging, i would recomend u defrag your hard drive as well and also tryt updating your drivers

He hasn't replied yet, so he's either fixed it and been on a 90 hour VC marathon, or hasn't fixed it and been too depressed to hit the on button.

Anyway, defrag, check your quality settings, check to see if there are any driver issues possibly. I have a Ti4200 and I don't get lag.
