Help problem with explorer

Ok I have a problem when I have an open webpage it keeps going to another site that says I need to install media tickets I did not but it got bad so I did still nothing I ran adaware and skybot and it did not help?

Is that the website you are at or that you get redirected to? If it's the redirection, possibly post a link to the original site?

Do not ever download anything a webpage tells you that you have to download.
