i have an intel d875pbz probably not the best for oc'ing. using clockgen i can only clock the fsb at 220 without risking satbility. (i have tried setting the fsb:dram 5:4 - doesn't help) is there ay way i can overcome this barrier?

I would suggest another board. If you can't give more voltage, and can't adjust memory timeings and so on, you're really limited to luck. I've never used an Intel board, but from my understanding, you can only get a max of 10% o/c which is about where you're at right now. What BIOS settings, if any do you have?
