I was wrong. Isopropyl alcohol is not made from food crops. It is made by combining propylene (a by product of gasoline refining) and water. But you folks there in Saudi Arabia should have plenty of that kind of alcohol. Do you call it something else?

oh yeah it should be manufactured from chemicals. So yep I guess Isopropyl can be sold in pharmacies.

so I would only use it for cleaning, right ?

and for covering the surrounding devices, that would be either the electrical tape or nail polish but it has to contain nitrocellulose.

Also, another important point I want to ask about, is the LM easy to remove when I want to go back to ordinary thermal paste ?

That should work. Just don't drink it.

LM is fairly easy to remove with some alcohol and the scratch pads provided by Kryonaut. I think the LM comes in a kit with a scratch pad and some alcohol swipes.

I don't know about the nitrocellulose.

Well after couple days of going through delid installing, cleaning and bench-marking. I think the results are promising, and there is a video that used hydrochloride acid and it did a very good job cleaning the IHS top area.

I don't think using LM would be so difficult to remove.

But now I'm thinking of 3 possibilities:
1. No delid: Just change the thermal paste on top of IHS
2. Delid: put thermal paste on both sides of IHS
3. Delid: put thermal paste on top of IHS and LM on the other side

Would option 2 provide an improvement of my current temps results ? Of course I know going with LM would be the best one to give the best results which is option 3.

Yeah so it would be the same as the one came in the stock Intel CPU even if I put a very good thermal paste brand.

Don't know anything about it but any LM product should work better than any conventional paste product.

From the pictures, it definitely looks like LM.

Yes that really put some difference in placing the order as the thermal grizzly would be shipped 6 days later which mean a separate shipping cost.
