How to stop CLC from popping up every time it contacts server?

Are you talking about the DOS window that pops up when using SETI Driver? Do you have the Hide Processing box checked? I believe that is what controls whether the window pops up or not.

Also if you are using SETIDriver, there is a checkbox for "Display Transmit" which you want to have unchecked.

This two advices are right, but are you manually transmitting the WU?

That would be, do you click the Trasmit button each time you need to dump your WU.? If you have a permanent connection to the net, check the auto trasmit box and then the trasmitting boxxes wont be seen

Yeah, auto transmit and hide processing were always checked. The thing that got me was display transmit. I actually remember checking it to see what it would do..
