Its doing exactly what I wanted...a plug in upgrade without so much as an OS install, upgrade...

Preternaturally smooth in games at reasonable settings such as everything on and up..heh..

I am sure I can run a 24 with it and be happy..esp if I move to an 8600 that runs 4.5 to 4.7 all day long..theres more power left I think..

With a high end quad score I think this card goes 23k in 06 easy.
