i refined the seti self install file

I was playing around today with the Seti files that i had zipped up and provided a link to for an easy novice SETI user.
Anyways i was able to bypass steps 3 and 4. Now the SETI_driver doesn't minimize , has a preset cache of 1 and automatically starts a transmission with berkely to setup the account and download the first WU.
I don't know if it matters but i thought i'd mention it anyways.
