Anyone know why I am not getting any video?

Everything working alright when you plug into the 2070? There's a chance you have it set as the primary display device.

Is the dock recognized in device manager?

If you have a spare monitor, if you have one plugged into the 2070 and one plugged into the dock, is the monitor going through the dock recognized in display settings?

And side question, any specific reason you're going through the dock and not the 2070?

Yes I want to use this dock with (2) Windows Pc that have Thunderbolt
