Is it ok to have the cpu's core voltage at 1.220v when running at 800Mhz for power saving feature?

Will this shorten the life of the cpu? as I know typically without an overclock the core voltage will drop to something like 0.6 or 0.7 while throttling from power savings feature.

I like to have system throttle for power savings personally but don't won't to hurt the cpu.

Please see attached image. I have input voltage to auto(not fixed) so not sure why its not dropping as well...
