Iwaki Pump

I am considering an Iwaki pump. There are several variation however. I'm thinking of using an MD-20R (medium flow/medium head) or an MD-20RZ (low flow/high head). What do you think?

MD30RZ has more heat dump, but slightly higher pressure. You have to do the calculations for your setup for both pumps.

The calculations are already in this spreadsheet, just plug in the rest of your stuff.

You gotta keep in mind also, an Iwaki isn't 'plug and play'. You will need a secondary auxiliary power supply (like a Meanwell) and you'll have to wire it up yourself.

Nah... The MD series are AC powered. You must be thinking of the RD series which do require a 24vdc psu.
