K7SEM Integrated Video ? ?

Hi everybody.
I have a question.
My board is burned and I've been proposed to get a ECS K7SEM board to replace it.
Up to now I was using a Creative voodoo banshee 16mg video card. The tech that wants to sell me the board tells me to forget my old banshee and use the integrated video of the board.
Is it a good move?
What kind of video card does it equal?
