On the contrary, the temperature reading of my lanparty is a bit... too low.

My 3200+ CH CG 1MB is watercooled by Casade waterblock. The first mount with stock BIOS was not tight enough, and the temperature was almost 40c in bios, and over 55c in full load when oc to [email protected]. Realized somethings very wrong, I tried the beta bios (9/14) and did a remount. Booted into BIOS and tightened the wingnuts while kept watching the temperature reading. To my suprised I found the temperature shot to over 100c due to insufficient pressue applied. Once the pressure was enough, the temperature dropped to mid-thirty.

These are the temperature with 9/14 beta bios, while room temperature at 24c:

BIOS: 30c
Idle: 27c
Full: 33c

Indeed, it's a little too low to believe... By the way, the heatspreader was removed.

P.S. The 12V reading is also fluctuating from 11.77 to 12.90 when priming at [email protected] with my Enermax 470W Noisetaker.
