Brief query, but I have some old Mac cases, Quadra and old PowerPC and so forth. They are small form factor, and plastic. Would it be possible to use modern equipment in these? I am worried that the plastic would melt or be otherwise warped by the heat that modern electronics generate. As another issue, the power unit would have to be separate and plugged in, which is a pain but not impossible.
