Merging partitions

My question. A while ago I partitioned my 80g WD hard drive and installed Linux on it. Lately I've needed the space back. I used Partition Magic the first time and was wondering if and how I could merge the partitions into C: without losing the data I currently have on C:. Could it be done or would I have to format everything?

Partition Magic lets you merge partitions as well, I believe you'll lose data on one of them. So if you merge the secondary partition into C:, you'll keep C's data and lose the other.
