My RACs going to fall a lot next week. Going to go from running a Q9550, T7200, T9300 and a couple opteron 270s to just the T9300. Doesn't help that BOINC is throwing a fit and doesn't want to run any CUDA units on the 8800GT in the T7200 computer.

Milestones Update
Well, SETI has been an interesting ride this week. Starting out with a bad A/C unit at Berkeley lead to a seemingly never-ending series of bad events. The A/C unit was simply reset by the maintenance guys but it over-heated the server closet, which required a shut-down. When they started turning things back on there were several database problems, which is why turning off servers unexpectedly is a bad idea but unavoidable in this case. The following day, just as things seems to begetting ironed out, the science database went down and they lost a drive in one of RAID arrays. The database was backed up so no major loss but the flood of incoming traffic was already bad and this just compounded the problem. As of now there still isn't much work getting sent out and my Uploading backlog is getting long again after being finally being cleared out yesterday. Needless to say not many units have been reported this week, though form the looks of the BOINCStats daily numbers there must have been some comparisons being done and updated because credits were being added each day. Well, maybe things will get cleared up in the next couple of days.

What a coaster ride! The last couple of weeks have been somewhat up & down as far as all our RACs go but it finally looks like it's over and things are back to normal - for now. But the Milestones were unaffected and we've got a few new faces this time as well!

Alright! We took back 6th Place in both DAC and RAC!
I suspect it's because of the problems SETI had. While other people were turning off their rigs or switching to something else Overclockers.com just kept on chugging and the few of us that may have switched over probably came back sooner. We've been through stuff like this before and know it'll get resolved soon enough. It's one of the perks we get from being a small team ...

The new outage that happened a couple days ago? I saw a big dip in my average credit. Seems to be working for now as I show a big jump to 8200 after a dip.
Overall I seems to be averaging 7500 to 7600 a day. I should land myself in the OCForum top 100 total credit real soon.

The outage has been pretty vicious to everyone Both my rigs have been fully dry for the last 2 days now.. been crunching MilkyWay off and on on my gtx216...giving my lappy a rest (heading into winter here, so I can see our powerbill going up)

EDIT: lol, as of 1pm GMT+13, the seti servers are looking at 1800 queries/second, and the replica db is around 24hours behind the master >_< ouchies!
