I am also in the hunt for an AGP 939 motherboard........1 other option you may want to check out is this one:

My 2 choices have come down to this one and the Epox.

LkyOldSun I don't know if the SATA locks are the same o9n the NF4's. The ony one I used I didn't overclock.

Falcx the ULI boards look promising, but the ASRock boards don't offer many overclocking options in the bios. There is a review over at Anandtech in case you haven't seen it.

well guys, thanks for your help.
I finally went with this mobo. First thing I'm going to do is replace the noisy little fan with a zalman passive.

$70 shipped is darn good price.

I also picked up a x700 PCIe card on the cheap ($80 NIB).
