Need a vent for my side panel. Advice?

I'm looking for a nice mesh vent to put in the side of my case panel, as I've determined there is an area that is holding in a buildup of heat, and I don't want to run with the side panel off for noise concerns.
I've looked online and at the local hardware store, but come up with nothing. The style I'm looking for is something like the vent on the side in this picture:

Anyone have any suggestions?

You could use screening from a window. Kinda like this:
