Newbie water cooler question.

Just found this water cooling kit for sale in a local electrical/computer shop and was woundering if anyone recognised the manufacturer. If so, is it any good? Thanks

Hey, dunno bout that, I've never seen it. The pump is 12V tho...and I dunno about that rad....
