NF7-S Firewire?

Hey, does anyone have their firewire working with this board? I have an iPod that was hooked up to my Audigy through firewire. Now I got the NF7-S and I thought I will stick with SoundStorm. Although, it seems the firewire port on the motherboard is not working. WindowsXP recognizes the port and installs drivers for it, but when I plug my iPod in there is no reaction.

install the drivers that came on your CD with the board, the standard windows ones might be dodgy.

I did, I installed the nforce2 drivers that came with the board. No go. :/

I'd try mine but I don't even own a firewire device to test it... The cable's still sealed. In fact...so is the USB one.
